Join us for our annual NYE Burn – a two-night celebration of art, music, culture, and flames!  Soulshine’s art team and members of the local community have spent the past 3 weeks constructing a giant ‘2022’ sculpture from bamboo and recycled wood to be burned as part of a community gathering, featuring, kecak dancers, fire dancers, and collaborative musical experience led by Michael Franti and bassist Carl Young (Spearhead, USA) in collaboration with The Munchies, and other special guests.

 

Everyone is invited to write their wishes, dreams, goodbye’s and intentions on palm leaves to be added to the sculpture to burn away the past and let the phoenix energy rise from the ashes into 2023, with peace joy, connection and prosperity for all in 2023.
